JUMP SCHOOL CLASSBOOK CDs

This 7 by 10 1/2-inch book contains pictures of the training facilities at Fort Benning, Georgia, scenes of student paratroopers going through three-weeks of the toughest training the U.S. Military had to offer, as well as, cadre pictures.

    jump_wk1.jpg (96861 bytes)   jump_wk2 .jpg (101794 bytes)  jump_wk3 .jpg (86429 bytes)  jumpcadre.jpg (75685 bytes)  jump_students .jpg (120349 bytes)

This CD-ROM contains a graphic image of each page from an original Fort Benning, Georgia, Airborne Class books. These class books were issued to each student paratrooper upon graduation from the Airborne Course.  Each book contains a description of the three weeks of the Airborne Course-- Ground Week, Tower Week, and Jump Week.

This CD contains cadre photographs, as well as thousands of student photographs recalling the events in their lives during training.  Many of these students went on to serve in the 3-506th, and many of them also died in combat in Vietnam. I collected these books during the time I was writing "My Gift To You" in hopes of finding photos of members of my battalion who died in Vietnam.  This book would be an excellent addition to collections of Vietnam Memorabilia, as well as an excellent gift for a Vietnam Veteran or the family of someone who served in the AIRBORNE.

Presented in this CD-ROM are the following classes and their graduation dates:
