Photo & Document CDs

These pictorial CDs containing thousands of photographs and newspaper articles recalling the events in the lives of the Currahees of Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, 506th (Airborne) Infantry, 1st Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Screaming Eagles) and Task Force 3-506th Units.  The photos--taken by numerous troopers; and newspaper articles cover the Battalion's activities from the activation in April 1967, the war games in Kentucky, the swamps of Georgia, the mountains of Tennessee, and the sea voyage to Vietnam. The CDs include rare photos taken of and by KIAs (killed in action), as well as, photos from KIA family members.  

Due to the large number of photos, each CD is formatted with individual member's photo albums (folders)  to help you locate your unit and tour dates.
